(the “Company”) Abe Arnous, the Sole Director, executed a unanimous Board Resolutions approving the following corporate events to occur on February 28, 2025: (a) Abe Arnous resigned as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Sole Director and was appointed as the Company’s President; (b) Jeff Gabrelcik was appointed as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Sole Director.
